Extraordinary Network S.L.U End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement («Agreement») is a legal agreement between you («User» or «you») and Extraordinary Network S.L.U («Company» or «we») for the use of the Extraordinary Network mobile application and any related services (collectively, the «App»). By installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
1. License Grant
Subject to your compliance with the terms of this Agreement, the Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use.
2. Restrictions
You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute the App.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or any related systems.
- Use the App in any unlawful manner, for any unlawful purpose, or in any manner inconsistent with this Agreement.
3. Ownership
The Company retains all right, title, and interest in and to the App, including all intellectual property rights. This Agreement does not grant you any rights to use the Company’s trademarks, logos, or other brand features.
4. Content Generation
The App includes a content generation space, and users are expected to behave accordingly and follow the provided instructions. Any content can be flagged by other users and will be reviewed within 24 hours. If the content is found to include objectionable material, it will be promptly removed. The Company utilizes a method for filtering objectionable content, which is done by our support team every 24 hours manually. Additionally, users have the ability to block abusive users, preventing further connections within the App.
5. Updates
The Company may provide updates or modifications to the App to enhance functionality or address issues. You agree to promptly install any updates provided by the Company.
6. Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated. The Company may terminate this Agreement at any time without notice if you breach any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App.
7. Disclaimer of Warranty
THE APP IS PROVIDED «AS IS» WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COMPANY BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE APP.
9. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Europe. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located within Europe.
10. Changes to the Agreement
The Company reserves the right to update or modify this Agreement at any time. Your continued use of the App after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.
